We have installed more than 17,000 machines. Every machine work has to pass through 79 quality checkpoints and is tracked through 13 schedule milestones for Audit closure. Practically hundreds of quality and schedule points are controlled by a centralized back office team. Dependencies on customer approvals, consultants and other agencies are highlighted and followed up. All interim delays across all projects are analyzed for root causes.
